Founder & Advisor

Kevin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with a passion for technology and urban design. He began his career as a top-performing account executive at a Fortune 50 company before launching SameDayPrinting.com, an innovative online print service. He went on to co-found GlobeHUB, a growing network of co-working spaces and business accelerators throughout Atlanta. Kevin is also the founder of Bizology Group, a digital ecosystem of companies offering marketing, virtual office solutions, business services, financial support and more.

James B. Kynes Jr.

Broker

James B. Kynes Jr. is a seasoned real estate broker and entrepreneur based in Atlanta. With deep expertise in commercial real estate, he serves as the qualifying broker at Rushman Moore REG, where he specializes in tenant representation and business brokerage. Previously, James was an associate broker at Engel & Völkers, facilitating transactions and representing the brand as an ambassador.

Graphic Design and Branding

Elvir brings fresh ideas and creative flair to every Block-C project, from standout signage to digital marketing and beyond. In addition to his work with Block-C, he plays a key role at SameDay Printing and GlobeHUB, driving success across all three ventures. Elvir’s versatility and commitment make him an essential partner in our clients’ commercial real estate initiatives.

Norly Perez

Back Office Manager

Working remotely from the Philippines, Norly develops and implements internal systems that keep Block-C running smoothly and professionally. For several years, she has also been an essential part of Bizology Group—a digital network of companies created by Block-C founder Kevin Henao—where her skills have made a significant impact.
