Kevin Henao
Founder & Principal Advisor

​Kevin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with a passion for technology and urban design. He began his career as a top-performing account executive at a Fortune 50 company, after which he launched Absolute Lending Group in Miami and later exited the business when the financial crisis hit. He then acquired SameDayPrinting.com, which he still owns. He went on to co-found GlobeHUB in 2016, a growing network of co-working spaces and business accelerators throughout Atlanta.
After a nine-year run in co-working and flex space, property owners began approaching Kevin for help with leasing, activation, and operations. In response, he launched Block-C Properties to formalize this work and focus on property stewardship, leasing, and long-term asset strategy.

​James B. Kynes Jr. is a seasoned real estate broker and entrepreneur based in Atlanta. With deep expertise in commercial real estate, he serves as the qualifying broker at Rushman Moore REG, where he specializes in tenant representation and business brokerage. Previously, James was an associate broker at Engel & Völkers, facilitating transactions and representing the brand as an ambassador.

In addition to his work with Block-C, he plays a key role at SameDay Printing and GlobeHUB, driving success across all three ventures. Elvir’s versatility and commitment make him an essential partner in our clients’ commercial real estate initiatives.

​Working remotely from the Philippines, Norly develops and implements internal systems that keep Block-C running smoothly and professionally. For several years, she has also been an essential part of Bizology Group—a digital network of companies created by Block-C founder Kevin Henao—where her skills have made a significant impact.

With a deep passion for building, problem-solving and hands-on craftsmanship, he approaches every challenge with creativity and care, bringing dedication and ingenuity to every client project.
Frany Oviedo
Development & Maintenance
Frany supports Block-C’s portfolio through development and maintenance, assisting with design concepts, sketches, site selection, and construction improvements. With a hands-on approach in the field and a strong business mindset, he helps bring ideas from concept to execution. Frany was formerly an attorney in his native Colombia, bringing a unique analytical and problem-solving perspective to every project.
